Jim Tolmie outlined his HC’s organisational chart within Highland Council
- Una asked about the re surfacing of specific areas within the remit
- Dropped kerbs cost £1000 each
- Regarding providing a warden in each Highland Council toilet would prove too expensive to maintain.
- Possibly the use of a radar key for any disabled toilets.
- Comfort toilets – use could be made of supermarkets – ie Broadford Co-op –(formerly Sutherlands garage)
- Who is responsible for maintenance of toilets – e.g. Sconser ferry terminal and Broadford public toilets –these matters to be advised to 4 councillors (for info) D Millar, J Laing, Ian Renwick and Hamish Fraser,
- Regarding new Project – Home farm – LSHA to be contacted regarding adoption of all roads within the new project.
- John Holt asked about Auchtertyre dropped kerbs etc.
- ‘Tigh na Drochaid’ - community garden – tarmacadam – Mark Crowe to investigate if funding is available (letter to Bob Cameron at Dingwall.)
- Calum MacPhee – LSHA is responsible for the roads adoption at Home Farm

- Broadford Hotel - Julia and Una to visit Broadford Hotel Archie (Manager) 2nd August after 12 noon (see Una)
- Broadford Co-op. Colin – send further letter to Co-op Manchester.

- ‘Marketing Access Panel’ Surgeries on Skye and Kyle could be contacted re newsletter/Minutes of Meetings/leaflet drop. Una said she would check this out.
- Alternative accommodation for Panel – Joan to check out – Costs for ARMS, Resource Centre, Tig na Sgire; current cost for Vict Cott. is £6 per hour The reason for options is due to limited parking for wheelchair users, etc. – Action Joan
- Minutes – Access Panel – to be displayed in each Medical Centre – Action: Una, Joan and Nora
- Gathering Hall, Portree – Toilets are an apology – Una MacLeod
- Funding – John Holt suggested we try Fund Finder on the web – for capital, stationery etc. each funder gives monies for different items. Check this out.
- Funds – it was suggested that we contact: Housing Association, Round Table, Robertson Homes, Co-op and Jans., as possible outlets for new funds.
- Since meeting - LSHA – Joan sent a letter to them re sponsorship for £500. Application granted for £500 – cheque received and banked by Joan (receipt etc obtained) Thank you letter sent by Joan. (copy attached).
